Reset Your Password on the Web

Use the Forgot password functionality to reset your password and access the web app.

1. On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address and select Submit.
3. Check your email for a message titled “Password reset requested.”
4. In the email, select Reset email.
5. Enter a new password.
6. Confirm the new password.
7. Select Submit.
8. Enter your updated sign-in credentials.
9. Select Login.
